“BOSCAIOLA” SAUCE WITH VESUVIAN PIENNOLO TOMATO PDO

For those who are single, have problems of time or work a sauce ready for use in extra virgin olive oil with the famous product of the Vesuvius  National Park, the Piennolo Tomato PDO, which comes in three different flavors:
“Boscaiola” sauce with porcini mushrooms;
“Mediterranea” sauce with carrots, celery and onion;
“Napoletana” sauce with olives, capers and oregano.

Ingredients:

Vesuvian Piennolo Tomato PDO passata 93.3%,
extra virgin olive oil 5.2%, Porcini mushrooms, champignon mushrooms and salt
Glass jar of 280 g.
